The Alvar Retreat

The Alvar Retreat is the only four bedroom, three and a half bath condominium on Kelleys Island. We are located in the Quarry Condo Complex adjacent to downtown restaurants and shopping.

Our condo has a queen size bed in the downstairs master bedroom, another queen in the upstairs master, a third bedroom with a full and two twin beds in the fourth bedroom. Bed linens are provided. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and small appliances. The deck is furnished with table, chairs and umbrella.
